Please email us at courtney@backflipbows.com or call (865) 705-6580 to discuss design ideas. Ribbon samples may also be sent upon request. Need additional help- No problem, just contact us and we will work to provide you with what you need.
Payment Services Our secure servers accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. PayPal also offers e-check payments. Your information is kept private and safe through the highest level of SSL secure encrypted servers that are offered through our shopping cart and payment processors.
Privacy Information Your information is never sold or distributed to anyone! Information collected at checkout is solely used for your order at Backflip Bows.
Hair Bow Quality All bows are made with extreme attention to detail! The ends of all ribbon are sealed to prevent fraying. These quality bows will speak for themselves and each bow is personally created for your little girl by Courtney.
Product Presentation All orders are "gift ready" with pink and green accents! Depending on the size of your order will determine how it is packaged.
Pictures We want pictures of your cuties! Please email pictures and comments of your little girl wearing her Backflip Bow. You are the reason we do what we do and we want to see the final product being enjoyed.
Rush Orders Expedited orders are available and a 10% rush fee will apply. Please call or e-mail us to place your rush order. Each rush order is subject to product availability and may have additional shipping charges.
Return Policy Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our part. Once orders are placed they may not be canceled.
Shipping Information All orders are sent with through USPS using 1st Class Mail, including delivery confirmation. Shipping rates for uninsured 1st Class Mail are determined by your order amount and are as follows:
